วิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการโดยใช้แนวคิดเฟมินิสต์พัฒนาสิทธิในการเข้าถึงทรัพยากรธรรมชาติเพื่อชนเผ่าพื้นเมือง

สารคดี วิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการแบบมีส่วนร่วม โดยใช้แนวคิดเฟมินิสต์พัฒนาสิทธิในการเข้าถึงทรัพยากรธรรมชาติโดยและเพื่อผู้หญิงชนเผ่าพื้นเมือง หรือ Feminist Participatory Action Research Advancing right to Natural Resource by and for Indigenous Women and LBQ+ นี้จัดทำขึ้นโดยมูลนิธิสร้างสรรค์อนาคตเยาวชน โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) พัฒนาเสริมศักยภาพ เยาวชนผู้หญิงชนเผ่าพื้นเมืองและเยาวชนชนเผ่าพื้นเมืองที่มีความหลากหลาายทางเพศ รวมทั้งผู้หญิงในชุมชนชนเผ่าพื้นเมืองให้สามารถมีส่วนร่วมในการทำวิจัย FPAR (2) เพื่อนำไปสู่การแก้ไขปัญหาการเข้าไม่ถึงทรัพยากรธรรมชาติ และเพื่อ (3) รณรงค์แก้ไขปัญหานี้อย่างเป็นรูปธรรม ทั้งนี้งานวิจัยได้จัดทำขึ้นในชุมชน (1) บ้านแม่สามแลบ ตำบลแม่สามแลบ และ (2) บ้านทิยาเพอ ตำบลสบเมย อำเภอสบเมย จังหวัดแม่ฮ่องสอน (3) บ้านแม่อมกิ และ (4) บ้านปางทอง ตำบลแม่วะหลวง อำเภอท่าสองยาง จังหวัดตาก และ (5) บ้านหนองคริซูใน ตำบลบ่อแก้ว อำเภอสะเมิงจังหวัดแม่ฮ่องสอน ทั้งนี้ ก่อนหน้านี้มูลนิธิสร้างสรรค์อนาคตเยาวชนเคยดำเนินงานวิจัย FPAR พัฒนาสิทธิที่ดิน รวมถึงเคยทำงานสิจัย FPAR เรื่องการต่อสู้กับผลกระทบที่เกิดกับผู้หญิง เด็กและเยาวชนที่มีความหลากหลายทางเพศ ในชุมชนชนเผ่าพื้นเมือง (มีสารคดี รับชมได้ที่ : • วิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการแบบมีส่วนร่วมแนวเฟมินิส... ) หมายเหตุ มูลนิธิสร้างสรรค์อนาคตเยาวชน เป็นองค์กรพัฒนาเอกชนที่ดำเนินงานกับกลุ่มเป้าหมายที่เป็นเด็ก เยาวชนผู้หญิงชนเผ่าพื้นเมืองและเยาวชนที่มีความหลากหลายทางเพศ มีพื้นที่ทำงานอยู่ในตามแนวตะเข็บชายแดนไทย - พม่า จังหวัดแม่ฮ่องสอน และจังหวัดตาก โดยขับเคลื่อนงานรณรงค์ร่วมกับเครือข่ายทั้งในระดับชุมชน ประเทศ และนานาชาติ โดยองค์กรสร้างสรรค์อนาคตดเยาวชน ได้มีการดำเนินกิจกรรมภายใต้ 4 โปรแกรม ดังนี้ ​1. โปรแกรมการศึกษาสิทธิมนุษยชนและเฟมินิสต์ (Human Right and Feminist Education ​​Programme) ​2. โปรแกรมงานการวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการมีส่วนร่วม โดยใช้แนวคิดเฟมินิสต์ (Feminist Paerticipatory Action Rresearch Programme) ​3. โปรแกรมความเป็นธรรมด้านธุรกิจ (Economic Justice Programme) ​4) โปรแกรมความเป็นธรรมทางเพศและทางสังคม(Gender and Social Justice Programme) This is a documentary film, conducted by Sangsan Anakot Yawachon Foundation that it story based on ongoing Feminist Participatory Action Research Advancing right to Natural Resource by and for Indigenous Women and LBQ that are involving 5 indigenous communities, within 3 provinces included Maehongson, Tak and Chiangmai. Based on this FPAR made us possible to mobilise and nurtured feminist environmental and climate justice movement at all levels. Sangsan Anakot Yawachon Foundation have been continuing conducts Feminist Participatory Action Research – FPAR since 2017 in order to support indigenous community to created sustainable solutions and positive change as well as create advocacy opportunity and nurturing movement by and for meaningful participation of indigenous women and LBQ+. In 2017 – 2019, our FPAR focused on Land Right by and for indigenous women and LBQ. In addition, from 2020 – 2022, our FPAR focused on how COVID 19 impacted livelihood of women, children/girls and LBQ from an indigenous community.
