Our demands include:
• Abolish laws, policies, and large-scale development projects by governments and corporations that seize land and resources, deepen gender inequality, and drive environmental and climate crises.
• Fight inequality and demand Feminist Development Justice.
• End rare earth mining in Myanmar, which severely harms the environment, especially through contamination of the Salween River.
• Stop hydropower dams on the Salween River and protect Indigenous rights and environmental justice, allowing the river to flow freely to sustain life, biodiversity, and peace.
• Stop business operations that harm the environment, such as mining.
We demand environmental justice
• Stop agribusinesses that profit from exploiting indigenous peoples regarding lands, resources, labor, and gender inequality.
We demand economic justice!
• Stop the Yuam River diversion project now! Protect Indigenous rights, defend our environment, and ensure environmental justice for all.
