การส่งเสริมการรู้เท่าทันสื่อและสิทธิทางดิจิทัลสำหรับเด็กชนเผ่าพื้นเมือง โรงเรียนชุมชนบ้านน้ำดิบ

ระหว่างวันที่ 16–17 ธันวาคม พ.ศ. 2568 มูลนิธิสร้างสรรค์อนาคตเยาวชน ร่วมกับโรงเรียนชุมชนบ้านน้ำดิบ อำเภอแม่สะเรียง จังหวัดแม่ฮ่องสอน โดยได้รับการสนับสนุนจาก Foundation for a Just Society ดำเนินการจัด โครงการส่งเสริมการรู้เท่าทันสื่อและสิทธิทางดิจิทัลสำหรับเด็กชนเผ่าพื้นเมือง ให้แก่นักเรียนระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้นของโรงเรียนชุมชนบ้านน้ำดิบ จำนวนประมาณ 100 คน

โครงการดังกล่าวจัดขึ้นเพื่อตอบสนองต่อความจำเป็นในการเสริมสร้างการรู้เท่าทันสื่อและความตระหนักรู้ด้านสิทธิทางดิจิทัลอย่างต่อเนื่องในกลุ่มเด็กและเยาวชนชนเผ่าพื้นเมือง โดยมีเป้าหมายหลักในการพัฒนาความรู้ ทักษะ และความสามารถในการใช้สื่อและพื้นที่ดิจิทัลอย่างปลอดภัย มีความรับผิดชอบ และมีวิจารณญาณ

การดำเนินกิจกรรมมุ่งเน้นการพัฒนาศักยภาพของนักเรียนให้สามารถวิเคราะห์และแยกแยะข้อมูลข่าวสารได้อย่างรอบด้าน เข้าใจประเด็นข้อมูลที่ไม่ถูกต้อง ตระหนักถึงความเสี่ยงและภัยคุกคามในโลกออนไลน์ รวมถึงสิทธิและความรับผิดชอบในการใช้สื่อดิจิทัล โดยใช้กระบวนการเรียนรู้แบบมีส่วนร่วมที่เหมาะสมกับวัยและบริบทของชุมชนชนเผ่าพื้นเมือง

ผลการดำเนินงานพบว่า โครงการสามารถบรรลุวัตถุประสงค์ที่ตั้งไว้ นักเรียนที่เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมมีความสนใจและมีส่วนร่วมอย่างต่อเนื่อง ส่งผลให้เกิดความรู้ ความเข้าใจ และทักษะพื้นฐานด้านการรู้เท่าทันสื่อ เพิ่มความสามารถในการคิดวิเคราะห์ และมีความตระหนักรู้ด้านสิทธิทางดิจิทัลมากยิ่งขึ้น ซึ่งเป็นพื้นฐานสำคัญในการเสริมสร้างทักษะชีวิต ภูมิคุ้มกันทางดิจิทัล และการป้องกันตนเองจากความเสี่ยงในโลกออนไลน์

During 16–17 December 2025, the Sangsan Anakot Yawachon Foundation, in collaboration with Nam Dib Community School, and with support from the Foundation for a Just Society, organized the Media Literacy and Digital Rights Training for Indigenous Children. The project was implemented for approximately 100 indigenous junior high school students from Nam Dib Community School.

The project was developed in response to the growing need to continuously strengthen media literacy and digital rights awareness among indigenous children and youth. Its primary aim was to enhance participants’ knowledge, skills, and awareness related to the safe, responsible, and critical use of media and digital spaces, while promoting long-term understanding of digital rights.

The project focused on building the capacity of indigenous students to critically analyze, evaluate, and consume media content, recognize misinformation, dissemination, hate speech and understand online risks and threats. Learning activities were designed using a participatory approach that was appropriate for junior high school indigenous students and aligned with the indigenous community contexts. The results indicate that the project successfully achieved its objectives. Participating students demonstrated strong engagement and active participation throughout the two-day activities.

As a result, they gained essential media literacy skills, improved critical thinking in relation to digital content, and increased awareness of digital rights and responsibilities. These outcomes contribute to strengthening life skills, digital resilience, and the ability of indigenous youth to protect themselves from online risks. Overall, the project represents an effective model for promoting media literacy and digital rights among indigenous children and youth.
